After a long week of me being in bed with the flu, there's nothing that gets my juices flowing like having the opportunity to teach, something that I love to do with all of the Vibers. I didn't know if I would make it through the whole class, but after seeing such a large amount of people sweatin' it up with us (40+ students to be exec, including 12 new people) for our monthly Vibes Birthday Bash, there was no way that I was going to let a lil' flu bug keep me down! The birthday bash is a special class for Vibes because it gives us a chance to celebrate with you guys (and there's nothing we love better than having a celebration). I personally take pleasure in teaching the class because it makes me feel that much closer to all of you. In fact, I had so much fun that when I got home, I immediately began working on a new routine to keep the energy going. Let's hope that I can remember all of the steps! With the New Year fresh in our minds and the ink on our resolutions still not dry, let's all look ahead to the upcoming summer (although with the current weather conditions, I know it's difficult, but we still can dream) and a new you.
